    As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

    Never on time even when I have phoned if they ever answer the phone been ringing constantly for 40 mins been trying all week sposed to be ready yesterday went in this morning to collect said they were busy to come after 2pm just wanting to know if my prescription is ready to collect before i go out in the rain but not answering the phone

    Terrible service been trying all week to collect my prescription said it would be ready yesterday went today and still no prescription excuse they have been busy yet I ordered prescription Sunday today is Friday they say come after 2 try to ring no answer 40mins looks like I'll have to go out in the rain for the same service

    I don't normally write reviews on anything but I had to share this. Went into this chemist for advice 3 weeks ago, wanted to buy some pain relief. I got asked questions by a young girl and than the chemist lady intervened and took me into the private room. If the chemist had not given me the advice that she had, I would not have known about the serious diagnosis I have just had. I think this chemist just saved me from a very serious operation. Just want to say what a great team and company and they always seem so happy. One thing the chemist did say to me was to come back and let her know how I was, which I felt was a lovely thing to say. When I get time I will be visiting her to say thanks. Sorry I cannot remember her name.
