I have used this pharmacy for a number of years including pharmacist health check and private consultation which have been very useful in place of doctor visit staff are generally very friendly and they are able to help in most cases.only issue is since electronic prescriptions came in and dr add or remove items. The pharmacy has on occasion still has old prescription rather than new issue when they confirm order on phone. They are an all round service with general sundries to sell too. 8/10 over 6 years service but who ever gets a 10! Original Comment Report...

The pharmacist is absolutely brilliant the best I have ever come across. she not only helped my daughter by spending time to talk to her ,offer valuable advise and help resolve issue by getting her on the right medication and getting the right treatments she needed .
I myself spoke to her on the phone for some advise and when I went into the pharmacy she took time to take me into a private room to talk to me. She was extremely helpful. The next time I went into the pharmacy she asked me how I was doing. She is genuinely a very caring and helpful pharmacist and very knowledgeable. We need people like her in the NHS. Called over a week prior to request my medication. Monday I was informed. Fine I said. That meant 5 working days. I arrived to collect on Tuesday knowing it wouldn’t be ready for Monday as per norm.. it wasn’t ready on Tuesday either. Now there’s a surprise. I had to wait around for it to be prepared. It took 23 mins. I had a my 2 year old granddaughter with me, who was wanting to touch things. It was very stressful. One of the tablets is for high blood pressure. This will need increasing as waiting like this is not acceptable. When it was ready the person that came to the counter didn’t speak loud enough, they mumbled my name.. got it wrong. Went for the address and got that mixed up as well. Far from professional... what does one do to get things on a even keel. So that you can be given a date and it will be ready. Appreciating you cannot account for ad- hoc customers arriving, but surely a dedicated team to sort the pre booked medications might be a start. I no doubt will be in touch again in a few months complaining, as I can’t see things resolving any time soon..... Original Comment Report...
