I went in the Pharmacy to have my prescription made out. The lady asked if I was going to wait... to which I said yes.
I waited over 15 minutes. There were at least 4 or 5 staff in the background.
There were 3 customers sat waiting in front of me.
The process should take only 1 or 2 minutes each prescription/item and surely the staff should deal with customers present before those who will collect.

on collecting my prescription the pharmacy was very busy with plenty of staff, at least 2 not doing anything. I was observed waiting by at least 3 members of staff and still left waiting, eventually attention was drawn to me and a member of staff muttered something and i asked for my prescription. the member of staff never looked at me, never smiled and made me feel as though my custom was not worth any effort. my prescription was handed to me without a smile, just a request for my address.
