My daughter has been prescribed norethisterone by her GP to last her 3 months, there was 60+ tablets short when she collected her medication, I went in the darlaston Asda pharmacy today as it has been almost 2 weeks and they say they do not know when the rest of her tablets will be in stock and these have been paid for so I looked at this medication online and if order from the Asda GP the same medication can be paid for and sent directly to a Asda pharmacy of your choice for collection, so this medication is not out of stock then it seems.

Very rude and unhelpful pharmacist. She has no customer service skills whatsoever and needed sacking. She is vile!! Avoid at all costs

I use this pharmacy as it is the closest to my home as I have mobility problems. I receive my repeat prescriptions from them and that is the problem. Nearly every month I collect my med there are items missing, one which is a class A drug. This one above all I cannot manage without yet in October they made me wait 4 days before I received it. The pharmacy always blame the surgery for not sending/having doc sign them but this is a blatant lie. Last week I went to collect my prescriptions, which should have bee ready on the 20th and was told that I couldn't have them until the 27th because the surgery (again) had not sent them. I have now found out that the staff in the pharmacy Had Nit Even Ordered Them at all, so I had none. I was not even offered an emergency supply. Over the past two years and numerous failures to supply my med on time I find that it is their staff who do not order them. Unless you want a one off prescription then keep away from this pharmacy. Go elsewhere for your repeat prescription!
