Absolutely atrocious. I've never been to any other shop where the customers were treated with such total contempt. Wait for ages to be treated like garbage. A complete and utter disgrace. To the owner- it's your fault your a pharmacist and not a doctor, I'm sorry that you've embarrassed your family but you shouldn't be embarrassing your profession, you're a total disgrace.

Bad customer service from the owner he hides when u have a complaint .this is because he is asking the young girl who is a trainee pharmacist to marry him .even though he is married with children .I know the young girl who was studying at John Moore's to be a pharmacist had to leave because he wouldn't leave her alone disgusting vile man!!!!

When I go to fetch my repeat prescriptions, all of my medication is never there. I always have to go back again the next day, or if it still isn't ready, the day after that. Sometimes, multiple medications aren't ready. I'm going back and forth, back and forth. This time around, I was given my medications, but as usual, I've got to go back to collect one that isn't ready because the woman behind the counter said it was late being ordered. I used to go to Lloyd's Pharmacy in Sainsburys, but that has closed down.
