I have been using the pharmacy for years and found the present staff are not very hepful If anything they don't seem to want to help at all. I will be talking to my doctor about this. I am not very computor literate. when I told them that they smirked at me. Please bear in mind Im in 60s and not very well i really dont need this. I hope you can try and sort out your staff.
