Once upon a time this was a good place for service, both the surgery and the pharmacy, the standard has plummeted lately and now they show their utter contempt for patients by leaving the phone on answer phone and no one bothers to pick up the calls. You can't leave a message as you are timed out, cut off. Shane on you all.

Absolutely disgusting. Tried to call for 3 hours constantly the pain medication I’m on means if I don’t have it I withdraw. I will be making a complaint ASAP. I’m isolating due to COVID but if I don’t get an answer on the phone tonight I will attend first thing putting all patients and staff in danger of COVID. THIER FAULT NOT MINE.

Although this Pharmacy claims to be 7 days per week -I sense that they cannot find qualified staff as recently it seems to be shut more than it is open. This has proved to be a real problem as my prescription is lodged with them. Come on guys get your act together your regular clients are suffering!
