One particular pharmacist was really rude with me all the time i meet her. For two times said she did not found the prescription and the prescription was there. Today i went to the chemist to collect my prescription for depression at 8:00 am and the door was close and this pharmacist was inside and did not open the door. I was 20 minutes waiting outside after the open time and when she oppened the door and not even apologised or explained the reason why was not oppen. I told her was not nice to leave the patient waiting outside so long and she started to talk in a rude way defending herself and with excuses and did not said sorry anytime of the chating. After this she asked me to wright my name and date of birth in a paper and she told me the prescription was not there. I told her to make sure because i run out the medication and she told me that the prescription was not there to call the GP.I contacted thr GP and they said the prescription waa there since the 19/05 and was already dispensed by the pharmacy I contacted again the pharmacy and a nice girl answered the call and she found the prescription straight away.I work far and i need the medication and because of this pharmacist i will not take my medication today.I'm not happy. The rest of the team is lovelly and i don't have nothing to complain. Only the manager. I will change the pharmacy because i don't want to find her anymore.
