I suffer from COPD, and BPA. My repeat prescriptions comprise 12 or so items, each important to the management and treatment of my conditions. I can honestly say that the staff of Knight Street Pharmacy have dealt with me wonderfully. They are welcoming, polite, caring and sympathetic. Nothing is too much trouble. At times they are working under a deluge of prescriptions, paticularly during winter months, but they still greet you with a smile. | ||||||

Went in yesterday to see if my script was ready as not had the usual phone txt. Four customers in, member of staff in the back says be with you shortly. Only two staff on view. Then all four of us just stood there will they carried on. Eventually I left as there was no further response. Despite the general idea that we all have time to wait, we don't. | ||||||
