My husband popped in today to have a flu innoculation on the recommendation of a friend who is a local health visitor.
My husband spoke with the assistant who quite rightly explained she needed to liaise with the pharmacist.My husband could see the pharmacist and that they were looking at a piece of paper.The pharmacist said to the assistant to Tell him im busy and to wait half an hour.
As you can imagine this was embarrassing for the assistant and my husband; my husband did not feel welcome and was uncomfortable to have an inoculation provided by the the pharmacist, so did not wait.
We will attend a different pharmacy where we are made to feel more welcome. Original Comment Report...
