U have 2 wait,,no matter time of day,,only one pharmacist can run that facility David,he was very good,no waiting,ques,always took interest in u the Patient,he left at start of CV19 COVID,,there’s not bin a good one since,,Very slack no one seems interested in wat their doing,,make up ur prescription,,wen u call 4 It,,,,called by one Saturday Morning,,@ app 12,15 am,,pharmacist Was on mobile phone,another was cashing up,leaving just one 2 serve,,service was very poor | ||||||

Having recently received awful service at a nearby supermarket pharmacy I decided to try this one as an alternative, I had read positive reviews so was hoping it would be a better experience!
I can confirm it was!!! Not only was I acknowledged on arrival but the pharmacist went out of his way to find me a cheaper generic version of the item I wanted to purchase.
The pharmacist, although very busy took the time to make me feel that my custom was important.

I visited this pharmacy for some advice and was so overwhelmed by a pharmacist who was very attentive and helpful. My query was addressed and advice very helpful. I returned to this pharmacy a few days latter and the pharmacist remembered our conversation from the first visit. So he knew my name and my medication. Absolutely would recommend this pharmacy to anyone. A gem in Bullbrook.
