This service was very disappointing. I went there to collect a prescription which I was advised that it would come in the next day which was a Saturday. The receptionist said that they would give me a call as the last time that I needed a prescription I had to wait to then, which the failed to call me. I gave my contact details and the failed to call me when I didn't receive a call on Saturday I said that I would pass by there on Monday after work. When I got to the chemist on Monday about 4pm the pharmacist and the receptionist where having a private joke about me and everyone was busy to see me. After someone build up the courage to see me the receptionist was so rude saying that is for me to call in to see when my prescription I said why would you take my number, this when back and fourth for 5 minutes. This is not the first time that they have don't this or been rude about it. I was told that I don't have to use this chemist again, which I will not, as I work in the same sort of profession I will not recommend my patients to go there either. The reception staff I can handle being rude but when the pharmacist is smirking and laughing it not funny. This prescription had to be order in a has a short expiration date this is serious matter that was joking about. | ||||||

Went to buy co-codamol and was asked very loudly in front of the whole shop 'Have you had them before, yes you have haven't you'. I was too embarrassed to say ' Yes, i buy them once a month'!
The way the member of staff looked at me, it was obvious they thought I was buying them to 'get high'. Sorry love, if I want to get high, I'll go buy wine!
Not pleasant and I haven't been back since. | ||||||

This is the usual pharmacy I use for my prescriptions. The service is excellent every time I visit. The prescription is always ready on time, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The pharmacy manager and staff always makes the conversation with a smile and serve me promptly which makes me want to use the pharmacy each time. I definitely recommend this pharmacy for everyone.
