10th August 2023 Complete shambles as usual Pharmacist not even turned up by 9am so everyone left standing around to wait again. I left as I work for a living & don’t like letting my clients down, something these people should think about. When you do eventually get served on previous visits your told to come back after 2 hours, even though you’re prescription is sent over to them monthly. WHY !!!!!!! Lee Carter Colchester

Very bad service. Unfriendly staff. Previously placed orders have never been prepared. Very long order preparation time.

Being disabled I cannot stand for along time and when I went to collect a missed medication from my blister pack two be told I had to wait two hours for the prescription to be done was disgraceful. The pharmacist shouted from behind the screen when I said I will Come back in one hour so I went home without the medication. It's ashame as I have always had good service until now not a happy customer
