Boots pharmacy whetstone has to be just about the worst chemist I’ve ever had the mid-fortune to get my prescriptions from. There are always at least four working behind the counter and no matter how long the queue is they just ignore it. I’m appalled at being told my repeat prescription would arrive within five days only to be told five days later that the assistant hadn’t even emailed the request. A lot of the assistants have a bad attitude and can be quite rude. I will be changing chemists asap they are a disgrace. |

I’m appalled at the pharmacy service in boots Whetstone. The pharmacy staff are rude and abrupt. You can wait up to an hour before you get your prescription. They work extremely slow to the point the queue is often out of the door. Altogether it’s not a nice experience getting one’s prescription in Boots Whetstone. |

Absolutely agree with previous review. One staff member in particular is abrupt and rude and treats customers as an inconvenience. I have complained to the store manager after witnessing how she spoke to a couple of elderly patients waiting to hand on their prescription. Appalling behaviour from the so called professional, the irony of the sign displayed warning that abuse will not be tolerated by staff members! This should be edited to warn customers that any abusive behaviour from this person (1 of the dispensing chemist or higher mortal who does not wear a name tag of boots uniform) will have to be tolerated in order to have their prescription filled if they are unlucky enough to come during her shift hours, also known as Her reign of Terror. Beside the obnoxious and lackadaisical behaviour, the greatest grievance is the total lack of compassion for the customers. Maybe a reminder that people collect prescriptions because they are in need of medicine and not to be a nuisance to her. |
