I went in to buy antihistamines , but the charming pharmacist ( I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name ) was more worried about my untreated asthma which has started again after 5 years , I explained it was impossible to see a Gp and she took enormous care to try and get into my notes so she could see a previous prescription which she could act on , sadly the nhs app didn’t work but she gave me excellent advice about where to go next to get an inhaler . I’d just like to say a huge thank you , she is very caring and professional and spent a lot of time trying to help me .
