My husband and I have always found the staff and organisation at the Village Pharmacy to be exemplary…a far cry from the Medical Centre next door. However, I learned that yesterday flu and booster jabs were bein administered by a nurse NOT WEARING A MASK! My husband is currently receiving chemotherapy for the 4th time and is, if course, immunosuppressed and extremely vulnerable. He certainly was not expecting to see someone in a medical environment not wearing a mask, especially as your website states that masks are expected to be worn. Very disappointed! | ||||||

Have been using pharmacy for nearly 4 years for repeat prescription, have always been outstanding and most helpfully. They always keep me informed if there is an issue, even had flu jab last year so highly recommend | ||||||

My father's covid appointment was cancelled and we was offered to return the next day which was fine. When we returned the next day the lady who was administering the jab couldn't find his name on the list so, in order to help, I said he was booked in yesterday. She abruptly replied, yes I know! When my father came out he said, I remember her last time, there's nothing pleasant about her. | ||||||
