I found one particular staff in this pharmacy extremely rude. They simply have no patience when answering my questions and on one occasion they actually gave me wrong information regarding the arrival date of my baby's prescription.
It is probably slightly unfair to give a single star in the review as other staff at Wise were usually very nice. But imagine I have to go there at least monthly in the next 2 to 3 years and there is always a high chance that I would meet that particular staff. . | ||||||

I am registered with this chemist to have my repeat prescriptions delivered each month. On more than one occasion I have not received the delivery and been left without medication until I have followed it up. Today I find myself in this situation again and cannot resolve this urgency due to Wise Chemist being closed. This service is unacceptable and the staff at this chemist need to review their practices to ensure patients are not left suffering | ||||||
