answered the phone on Monday 9th September at 4 pm very rude lady slammed phone down rang back to ask her why she was so rude and slammed phone down again!

Got to the pharmacy at 12.40 today and it was closed! Annoying as it states on the nhs website that it closes at 12.45. I had to travel so meant I had to wait over an hour as did not open until 2pm. I needed to pick up a prescription which my husband needed before the Easter break. I have also had to wait past 2pm when visiting this pharmacy in the past. Would be good if they opened and closed when they said they did. | ||||||

Might be an idea to close and open at the exact times, especially in this cold weather.not keep us outside in the cold. Also when I order something from you and have done several times, please do not tell me you cannot and never have been able to get it. | ||||||
