We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Very happy with the service at this store today, First being the obvious that the store always seems to be full of people and the staff are quick to jump the the till if needed. I handed my script in to one of the people working and they said they would check if we had it in stock before taking my money, came back moments later saying they did not have it in stock and have called the store closest to see if they had it and will have it delivered to this store by the next morning. Perfect! Even though they did not have my items, they did all they could without me having to ring around myself. Recommend Highly. Original Comment Report...

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Was stood for over ten minutes waiting to be served in full view of the staff. A person was on the phone talking loudly while three dispensary staff were laughing and whispering about the person who had phoned the pharmacy and the conversation that was going on, while two other members of staff were sat in a small room in the shop talking with the door open, the other staff members saw me and continued laughing and talking amongst themselves. The person finished on the phone and proceeded to have a loud conversation about the person who had phoned to the dispensary staff, then looked over and saw me and asked if i was being served and I when I said I wasn't they said "oh sorry we were sorting out something on the phone" because obviously it takes several people?
I was visiting someone local and popped in the shop for them hence my visit to the pharmacy, am glad it's not my usual one if that's the way they carry on.
Very Rude and Unprofessional, and I can't believe there is only one person capable of answering the phone and serving customers. I'll being going elsewhere if needed. Original Comment Report...
