This is the third time that I have been severely let down by this Pharmacy. I ordered my repeat medication on 28th February 2023 and when going to collect it on 12th March 2023 ….. it was not ready ….. How on Earth can you operate a company like this, especially in the medical business. Today 14th March, I still have not heard from the pharmacy that they have my prescription ready. A total disgrace.

I have received a pcn for non payment of prescription - after being wrongly accused and no help from the issuing business centre, thank goodness I always pay by card as I have proof of payment.May I suggest the pharmacy are more careful with the paperwork as this has caused quite a lot of anxiety especially as they wanted £105.60 Original Comment Report...
