I rang to see if I could get a bigger cuff for my blood pressure monitor and I was horrified when the ladies said, when you bought you're monitor it says what size it is. Yes but I am bigger now!! I bought it about 5yrs ago. CHEEKY COW, obviously she aye got no customer service skills.
