Olga is miserable and so unhelpful she lies about opening and closing times now she said its company policy that you must give chemist 48 hrs for your medication I called head office and they said that this is not true why is she still working there the other staff I very nice and very friendly | ||||||

Magda, this is such an unprofessional comment which shows discrimination and hate crime. You have no right to say that someone has Russian accent without even knowing where they are from. Perhaps next time think before you type. As this matter can be taken higher. They are short staffed and every day they don’t know what time they will be opened till. This was said to customers several times. They are working hard and doing their best. | ||||||
