The sooner Clarepharmacy take over the better. One lady stinks of cigarettes and the other assistant couldn’t be less welcoming. There’s an amusing sign that says “The staff will not tolerate abuse” yet they dish out abuse if you simply question why your prescription isn’t ready. The staff need to go, they’ve been there years and their attitudes just get worse. Absolutely awful pharmacy, may qualify for the worst in the entire country.

I have never been more concerned and disgusted by the apparently total lack of concern for, not only vulnerable, and elderly, but patients with significant ongoing health issues who ought to, through no fault of their own, have access to acutely and repeatedly prescribed medication during usual working hours. This pharmacy regularly closes. Often does not even have stock available for normal repeat medication including Salbutamol Inhalers!! Action needs to be taken to avoid someone suffering the consequences of the Company's policy which most definitely fails in regard to a patients right to access their prescribed medication. A lady was stressing to others waiting that she was SHARING her OWN anti epileptic meds out with her son, who is on the same dose because this Pharmacy was not able to fill their scripts due to alleged lack of supply. This is the state of large Corporate pharmacy attitudes
