Poor as usual. It’s never clear where to queue, there was nobody on the till and the pharmacy people just ignore you. The reading glasses I wanted were labelled as £15 but £25 at the till.

wife has blister packs end having to come back 2 or 3 times to collect as never ready even down to date she run out make her late for morning pills other meds go missing cant find them found tablets in fridge once so moved bank holiday so only one open shop suppose to open today at 10.00 doors opened at 10.10 pharmacies wonders in at 10.15 with a cup of tea

I've been on regular medication for over 5 years, using several pharmacies. I have never used one as bad as this one. They have wasted my time, wasted my GP's time, affected the schedule of my medication and gave me no explanation as to why a medication which everywhere else can order in within 24 hours took over a week for them to get! I think I only finally got my prescription when I said I wanted to complain. Actually what I said was that I wanted to know their complaints procedure because I wanted to complain. I never did get advised on what their complaints procedure is because the staff member disappeared and didn't reappear in the 5 minutes I waited! In the interest in balance - I know that they are understaffed at the moment, but I doubt that would make a difference.
