What a shame this was a brilliant pharmacy - I don’t know what has gone wrong but my goodness how they have gone downhill - I think a very telling indicator is the amount of notices on the covid screen which is still in situ advising that they are under staffed and rudeness will not be tolerated - while I would never condone rudeness to staff under any circumstances - if as a manager I had to put up that number of notices to prevent rudeness, I would perhaps look closer to home as to the reasons why - and would realise it may not be rudeness but sheer frustration at the truly appalling service - I say again - what a shame.

Our first visit to this Pharmacy and probably last. On entering the shop and negotiating a very high step with my Husband we waited in the designated spot to be served. Gentleman collecting prescription -OK, could we move to let a member of staff to leave with some parcels - out of the (in) door! In the general chaos whilst trying to help my Husband understand what was going on and why he had to move, another member of staff of which there seemed to be at least half a dozen plus, was asking him to pull up his F/Mask, naturally he could not hear as the reason for going into the Pharmacy was for a lotion to clear his ears, not that they knew that at this stage of the proceedings and I had forgotten the name by this time! Voice from the side corrected me thank goodness! To conclude given the type of Establishment we were in, my actions to try and calm him, I anticipated that the staff would have understood that my Husband is suffering from Alzheimer/Dementia has a problem with hearing let alone the difficulties with sight and getting into the shop.
