Friday afternoon the pharmacy omitted to dispense prescribed urgently needed blood pressure tablets. I've had numerous strokes. Phoned them. They went over to the surgery. Phoned me back. "We close at six, you can phone 111 if needed" Don't go anywhere near these people for your meds. There's plenty of efficient, professional dispensaries out there.

My partner rang the pharmacy last Thursday to see if his medication was ready only to be told by the woman on the other end of the phone that his medication was not due till the 15th of that was the case why did we order the prescription at the beginning of the week as he was due to run out of his heart medication on Friday and he was left without any all weekend when I rang on Monday morning I was told that his heart medication hadn’t even been ordered into the pharmacy yet it’s a joke he is on heart medication due to his main chamber only working at around 30% disgusted that he was left 2 days without staff were rude when questioned why it hadn’t been ordered I went and picked up his prescription and took it to another pharmacy where his medication was dispensed within 3 minutes this place is to be avoided if you want to be safe and have your medication dispensed on time complaint has gone in to CQC regarding this
