Been using this pharmacy for 30 plus years Every time I go to collect my prescription they still make a fuss over my name saying its unusual Surely if it was you would remember it Even when spelt out they cannot get it Staff are rude if they concentrated on their job instead of constant talking maybe they would be a little bit more efficient Can never find the prescription even if by a miracle its been bagged Will never use this place again

I collect my monthly prescription from Laycocks chemist and have always found the staff friendly polite and helpful and my parents use the same pharmacy and have their medication delivered well done to all the staff . Original Comment Report...

Being next to my doctors surgery the chemist is perfect to collect my prescriptions, staff are always friendly and bend over backwards to help, even deliver my medication if I can't make it down there. Keep up the good work! Original Comment Report...
