Nasty member of staff. Never experienced customer service like it. She got very aggressive when I didn't give her a yes/no answer straight away as to whether I'd had a text. I was trying to say I'd been out of the country for several weeks so I didn't know as I'd had lots of messages whilst I was away. I'll be writing a letter of complaint and I won't be getting any future prescriptions sent there. | ||||||

Very knowledgeable and accommodating staff.
The pharmacist is simply wonderful.
Happy to work with the GP's office should the need arise.
If they do not have it, they'll typically get it for the following day.

I've no problems at all with this pharmacy, for my own and others' care. Living in a complex of 60 apartments for retired people, a stone's throw away, we all have medical needs. I have not heard one complaint. Quite the contrary, I find them helpful, kind, willingly deliver medicines personally as necessary and have answered my own and my friend's queries to our satisfaction. Also, I've picked up some bargain gifts for people there! | ||||||
