I recently visited Sykes Chemist on Knutsford Road and was greeted by lovely staff that were very keen to help me. My prescription was ready very quickly, but while I waited I had a look around the store. The shop is well laid out and has a wide range of health and beauty products. I especially liked the perfume range. | ||||||

Over many years, I have visited my local pharmacy on a weekly basis and find it to be an
organised chemist with friendly staff that are always happy to help. It has a great atmosphere and always carries good moral, and also has a great coffee machine.
Keep up the good work. | ||||||

Never have my full prescription. The chemist themself always on dinner break. Rude staff. This is every month I go and same everytime. Will be going where else in future. We do not tolerate any rudeness from our staff and have never had any such complaints in last 35 years. Please call and speak to the Manager after 25/9/17(on leave at the moment) about the incident so that any shortcomings can be addressed. With regards stock shortages In present times since, last year has purely being caused by our inability to obtain stock due to manufacturing issues and quotas imposed by manufacturers. These are issues beyond our control. With regards to lunch breaks ,all pharmacists and staff need to have a break for safe operation of our pharmacy and to comply with legal requirements. They are clearly marked when the lunch breaks are taken , please try and avoid these times. If you can not wait, we are always there to deliver, free of charge ,to your house if needs be. Again I should like to apologise and ask you to meet the manager face to face to clarify issues. So please call in and speak to Manager between 9-10pm and 2pm - 6.0pm most days . | ||||||
