Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.

We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I nominated this pharmacy since moving into the area and as well as being well stocked with other things you might need from a pharmacy it's linked into the co-op so handy to pick up other necessities. As far as the staff are concerned always welcoming and show a genuine nature of care and patience. Sometimes a little of a wait but to be honest no more than any other pharmacy. Overall very helpful and friendly and polite .

I have used this pharmacy now for around a year and have always been really impressed with the level of service and the friendliness of the shop staff and pharmacist here who will often go above and beyond their roles to help us out. Had my flu jab here too and regularly have my repeat prescription sent for collection and never had any issues! Just wanted to leave a note and say thank you and keep up the great work! Me any my husband have been using this pharmacy for many years and i have to say after my recent visit this place has really improved. All the staff in the store are lovely and very helpful in aiding my understanding of my medicines. Much appreciated. Original Comment Report...
