Awful experience a person we support was in isolation and we just needed to check if the prescription was ready to send someone to collect it. They never answer the phone and when they do they just hang up after waiting 30 minutes or more and this happening numerous times. I understand pharmacies are busy but to keep continuously hanging up is bad. | ||||||

This was my first time using this pharmacy due to me not being from around this area. I was welcomed warmly and with a smile. I wanted some advice for my eyes as they had become itchy and irritated, I spoke to a member of staff who was very friendly and professional. She advised me on some eye drops and also informed the pharmacist in case he could recommend me anything else, which I really appreciated. I experienced a very good service thank you to the staff member. Please let her know that I feel much better now | ||||||
