Regular visitor owing to picking up repeat medication for my son. The staff are always friendly and polite and go out of their way to help me if there's ever any problems. On calling up recently to check on his medication the query I had was dealt with promptly, and obviously knowing me so well (how forgetful I can be) I was reminded about Saturday opening hours! Yes waiting times can be long if popping in after an appointment but if you're on repeat medication time it right between requesting your medication and collecting it and you won't. My only gripe is I would love Lloyds to do what Boots do and send a text when medication is ready to collect. I did forget once and ended up with a Saturday evening trip to a 24 hour pharmacy.
