    The women at the counter are warm and welcoming and deserve a better rating but I cannot give them the rating they deserve because the pharmacists are arrogant and uncaring. I was waiting for a prescription when an elderly gentleman waiting for a vaccination asked to use the toilet. The pharmacist said it was not for public use and told him to go to Lidl nearby. If you treat elderly patients you surely must allow them to use the toilet. The prescription I had come for was unavailable and they did not offer any further advice. If there was another pharmacy nearby I wouldn’t be using this one.

    I have got to say this pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies around. The staff are helpful and understanding as well as thorough and professional, specially the pharmacist who is quick in resolving any complicated issues. Everyone at Anna pharmacy do there job very well. I’ve used this pharmacy for years and intend to do so for years to come.
