why do they never answer the phone

The trouble with this chemist is they never answer the phone my mother has been trying to get in touch without success for over a week now to have medication delivered. She has now been without medication for several days. She is house bound and we will have to go into the chemist to get a response .

Amazing staff,allways ready to sort out corner plase surgery when they get it wrong! !!????even through the pandemic they did thier job with efficiency, just wish the place was a bit bigger !!!thank you ????
