Having left a previous scathing review I feel I need to clarify issues. Whilst undeniably I was left without medication over the bank holiday weekend I have today met and spoken at length and at times heatedly with Indy, the owner. He acknowledged things were far from perfect but to his credit is moving heaven and earth to rectify the situation. He has called me with a viable solution which I believe we are both happy with. He seems to be very honest and open about previous issues and is taking ownership of the problems, implementing new staff training and a full complement of measures to deal with customer complaints. I would like to wish him and his team all the very best for the future and look forward continuing our working relationship in a positive manner.

Lovely staff always very pleasant never made to feel unwelcome Colin the delivery man is so nice always pleasant and polite, good team is had by all.Thankyou from a very grateful customer .
