When the pharmacy says it’s open Thursday for 8.30 - 4.30pm why does non one answer the phone It they are closed why does it is open on the website

The service is fantastic however the old man pharmacist is the only thing letting them down from me anyway he is VERY rude and there is no way EVER that I could work beside him he is horrid

Definitely won't be using this pharmacy again the old man is really rude and really not helpful he talks down to you.iwent to pick my sisters prescription up and half the stuff was missing. I went back into the drs and she came back round with me but he was equally rude to her, but I did get the pain relief I needed for my sister(she's a cancer patient)even though he said he hadn't got any.He needs sacking. I don't have an issue with any of the staff
