They have forgotten to put my prescription in TWICE after I have asked them to. I have had to chase up with doctors to find they hadn’t even put it in. They also DO NOT answer the phone. I suspect it is off the hook as is constantly engaged and has never rung in all the times I have been in there. Very poor service. | ||||||

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ridiculous customer service. I’m supposed to take medication everyday, I ran out whilst transferring to my university doctors surgery and because I’d ran out, as I wasn’t registered with my original doctors surgery they’re linked with anymore they basically said good luck, and laughed at me. I’ll never be coming back here again. Avoid at all costs. | ||||||
