Words cannot describe the appalling customer service in this pharmacy. They were awful before , but since the nearby Lloyd's pharmacy closed a couple of months ago, they have deteriorated even further, trying - and failing - to cope with the increased business.

Words can't do justice to how bad this pharmacy is. Appalling customer service , even worse (if that was possible) now that the nearly Lloyd's pharmacy in Sainsburys has closed.
