Disgusting service, I went in there for two separate items for ringworm and dermatitis, woman gave me a pack of pills for threadworm (!) and when I said I wanted Canesten cream for it gave me athletes foot cream with hydrocortisone, which is unsuitable. She then said they didn't have any other Canesten products even though I could see a whole shelf of them! I'd already said these were for two separate complaints but apparently I was being rude to question being given the wrong treatments and got ganged up on by all the staff and some man who had no business intervening. Frankly dangerous if they are giving out the wrong medicines to people.

Despite ringing yesterday to order my next scripts and being told they would be ready today they were not I have now been waiting 45 minutes!!!!!
