Very often lack of medication in stock ,pharmacy staff let themselves to decide to withdraw amount of prescribed medication (POM painkillers tablets )from a patient for unknown reason , it was done withouth consulting GP leaving patient with no pain protection .is it legal ??? was pharmacy staff authorised to do that? Where are my POM prescribed painkillers now because on system it looks like i got it( ???) ,was the return form completed and action recorded or my POM painkillers went somewhere...... Is this a normal practice ??? shocking and a case to look into by management. FOR this reason I have change pharmacy .But I still expect some kind of action and explanation.
