My experience could not have been worse. They simply don't know what they are doing. I had to go twice in the period of a week to collect a repeated prescription and, on both occasions, it wasn't ready. Then the manager told me to contact 111 to be referred to my GP in order to get another prescription!! I told them one of their employees had given me a 4-day emergency supply, but then the manager tells me that shouldn't have happened. In the end, I went online, referred myself to Tesco pharmacy in Roneo Corner and, wait for it, 30 minutes later I had my medicine. Don't let them fob you off: refer yourself to another pharmacy. Terrible, terrible customer manner.

I have never had any problems with this pharmacy always been really helpful, but sorry to say this since the staff have all change, it is not the pharmacy is used to be. some off the staff are helpful and some are very rude, never get a text message anymore to say prescription is ready to be picked up or i get the message after i have collected.
