I've quit having my meds delivered by Pearl Chemist Banstead. Firstly one doesn't get a delivery date - they just show up whatever day they feel like. Thursday 8th Sept 2022 they called me to tell me that their driver was outside with my meds. I was at the Hospital so obviously i was not going to be able to receive my meds that day) I called them over the next few days asking when were they going to deliver my meds but all they kept telling me was 'tomorrow'. Anyway their driver finally showed up again without any warning Wed 14th Sept. I had been without all of my meds for nearly days by then. I then called my GP and changed my Chemist to Boots.

Medication very rarely ready on time, will promise the earth and deliver a stone. The only member of staff who is reasonably competent doesn't like honest feedback and will skirt around the subject, would recommend going elsewhere.
