Utterly deplorable ! No sense of urgency whatever. I placed a prescription last week, and went to collect it after 48 hours. They could not find it, and I was told that I should have waited for THREE days. There was no notice of this on their Ansafone, so presumably I was supposed to be a mind reader, as the usual notice is 48hours. I went home, and rather than break my isolation I rang them the next day -- Friday -- to see if they had found it, and asked them to post it, which they said they would do -- on MONDAY! On Wednesday, when it still had not arrived, I rang them again. I was told that it was there, in a heap, waiting to be sent off BY CARRIER. THE NEXT DAY! I wanted this stuff last Friday ! ! ! | ||||||

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I am housebound at the moment and cannot get to the GP surgery or to the chemist. When the GP sends a prescription to them, they deliver it to me the same day. My usual repeat prescription they deliver weekly, which means so much to me. Thank you, Allendale chemist. | ||||||
