I was at the pharmacy to pick my medication, was told they are waiting for their HR department to reply to their request. I ask when should come back, was told it will take a month or more. The lady left my prescription slip on the table and walked away, was calling them a man came up said he is the manger that I can talk to him. I said to him that the lady left my slip and walked away when I was still asking her questions, he ask I leave, look for another place to get my prescription. They were rude, he was coming up with some excuse why the lady walk off. I asked for an email or phone number to call, he said I should go look for it. For a manger that was really unprofessional.

A chemist that’s not allowed to give you your prescribed medication?? Hmm it all Started a few weeks ago when the pharmacist left. They open as & when it’s convenient for themselves, even though staff are in the shop, still refuse to open. Anyway getting to the point several times I have been sent away from Jhoots due to staff not being allowed to give me my life saving medication, told to come back that day 5 times. Unbelievable & unacceptable this happens every time I go to Jhoots which is 3-4 times a week. Last week I asked for my prescription medication. I could see my prescription on the side of the counter. They blatantly lied to my face telling me that my prescription wasn’t there. I pointed out that my prescription was on the side. They told me that it wasn’t my prescription & it belongs to a lady who had the same name. Unbelievable. I have the most unique name & surname no way on this earth was it for another lady. Again I asked politely for my medication. Still refusing to give me it. So I told them I’d report each & every one of them for with holding my medication. All of a sudden out the blue my prescription turned up & was ACTUALLY the one on the counter. What I’m getting at here is since the pharmacist left the service as gone downhill as well as staff now being rude to customers which shocked me because they’ve always been extremely polite. I’d also like to add that I’m on 10 different medications as well as disabled & these people force me to go back & forth just to get my life saving medication. Something needs to be done regarding them with holding life saving medication. Horrible service horrible staff RANT OVER

They never have ANY medication on hand each time I visit. Not only you have to wait ridiculously long. The staff is not friendly at all. When you ask for a consultation, you’ll be expecting at least 1 hour wait because the pharmacist is “busy”. Boots across the road is smaller but is 100x better.
