Whenever I use this pharmacy, it is never a pleasant experience when the manager is in. It is not customers fault that he is unable to handle his job when there is more that one person waiting. It is not customers fault that he can't find our prescriptions and claims it was never received, then he looks again and it magically appears. It is not customers fault that his people skills are appalling and he is abrupt. After years of this I've decided just to collect the prescription form at the reception upstairs and collect it in city centre when on lunchbreak.
