Incompetent and rude staff. Not capable of informing a client of medication delay. Blamedit on a problem with a system and on me. I have difficulties walking and chronic pain and run oit of my pain medication but not received any apologies or empathy. Women, who i spoke on the phone, should not be working in the health care! | ||||||
