Service was terrible absolutely no customer service whatsoever as if they couldn't be bothered serving I definitely won't go back the dark haired lady at the pharmacy was so rude

Was in today for some throat pastilles. Massive queue at Pharmacy. Asked ?Manager if I should join this queue , told no go to other check out. Someone will be with you soon. After approx. 10 minutes I asked if someone would be coming to serve. Told by same person someone would be there shortly. A girl called Charris eventually served me. Think she felt embarrassed by the time myself and several others had to wait and took it upon herself to leave the Pharmacy to help, for which I was grateful as I am disabled. If it hadn’t been a Boots product I needed I would have walked out. Have heard several other negative reports about this male supervisor/manager.
