New to the area and procedure for prescriptions. Handed in prescription on a Monday told required to be sent to doctor in Alva. Would be ready late Friday. Called Saturday no prescription unhelpful, not their fault, doctor's practice in Alva probably given prescription to wrong chemist. As away for the following week left without medication.Could not be bothered to look at records to see what medication I required. Also called another week, closed when they should have been open. They were happy if I went to another chemist, not concerned as I am a pensioner. Terrible service.
