I came into your store on Friday and as usual it was incredibly busy with the Pharmasist in and out doing flu jabs I believe and told staff to give over hour waiting times. I was dropping of my sons prescription and also collecting other repeats also. I was served by a young girl who despite being incredibly busy was so extremely friendly, kind and an outstanding role model to your store. I don’t know her name but she sorted my sons prescription straight away despite the long wait and please apologise to her as I think she was told of for it also. She couldn’t find my repeats ready at the time and I reassured her not to worry and I would come back Monday. She said she would sort it for me when she could as she didn’t want to leave any workload onto her colleagues as she mentioned being part time. I was worried this would lead to another doctors trip as something was wrong with my prescription but I was then called during her lunch break to inform me that she had chased it up and both prescriptions had been done and would be ready to pick up when I was ready. I was so impressed by her which is why I felt the need to write this in to you as not only did she prioritise my baby’s prescription as it was important but then chased up my prescriptions so it wouldn’t be left onto her colleagues and despite customers being rude and impatient she took the time I needed and then even spent her lunch break reassuring me that it was all sorted. She is a fantastic role-model to boots and wanted her to be recognised for her care, time and kindness she showed it was a very enjoyable experience and all the staff there are doing amazing despite high pressure they are facing. I look forward to seeing Barry boots little ray of sunshine because she really is amazing.
