With severe cold I drove to Boots Cardiff bay, it was 8.01 pm . Waited over 15 minutes when this older woman Susan came to serve me. It was 8.20 pm gone, she said cash only. I need the medication for my cold. I said I pay with my phone. She was so rude , arrogant repeating cash only. Its your problem if you don't have cash. She behaved like she was giving it to me for free. Very unpleasant person. I doubt I'll ever go there again. | ||||||
